Yoga

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to promote overall health and well-being. Originating in ancient India, yoga aims to cultivate harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. Through a series of poses (asanas) and controlled breathing techniques (pranayama), practitioners enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation while fostering mental clarity and inner peace. Yoga is practiced worldwide for its numerous benefits, including stress reduction, improved balance, increased mindfulness, and enhanced physical fitness.
