Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy aerobic workout that combines elements of martial arts, boxing, and traditional cardio exercises. Participants perform a series of punches, kicks, and cardio moves set to music, typically in a group fitness class format. It provides a full-body workout, improves cardiovascular fitness, increases strength, and helps to relieve stress while learning basic self-defense techniques.
